Information the inquiry form collects
The planned contact form requests the following information:
- Name
- Business Email
- Company Name
- Country/Region (optional)
- Product/Sourcing Requirements
- Privacy Consent
How the information is used
The information is used to understand and respond to sourcing inquiries, assess a potential support scope, communicate about the request, and protect the form from misuse. The V1 design sends a validated request through the contact API to a configured email service for delivery to the confirmed business mailbox.
Storage, security, and retention
The V1 contact API has no database persistence and does not intentionally store inquiry records in an application database. The configured email service and receiving mailbox may retain messages and operational logs. Access controls, server-side validation, rate limits, size limits, spam mitigation, and transport timeouts are planned safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
A specific retention schedule has not yet been approved. The site owner must confirm retention and deletion practices, including those applied by the email processor, before this notice is published.
Service providers and transfers
Inquiry data is expected to pass through the hosting environment, contact API, configured email service, and receiving mailbox only as needed to process the inquiry. Processor identities, locations, contractual terms, and any cross-border transfer wording require owner/legal confirmation.
Privacy questions
The formal privacy contact will be published after owner confirmation. General sourcing contact information remains available in the site footer, but it is not currently designated as the formal privacy contact.
